SMARTPHONE
1. Go to “transfer” tab
2. Add recipient by either:
– Contact on your phone
– Entering phone number
– QR code
6. Enter the amount you want to transfer
7. Click the green button to continue
8. Enter an optional message on the transaction
9. Confirm transaction by swiping the green button
1. Go to “transfer” tab
2. Click on the “switch” button to become the recipient of the transaction
3. Add recipient by either:
– Contact on your phone
– Entering phone number.
– QR code
4. Enter the amount you want to request
5. Click the green button to continue
6. Enter an optional message on the transaction
7. Confirm transaction by swiping the green button to the right
1. Click on the shopping tab in top right corner
2. Click on “Airtime top-up” (2nd button)
3. Your number is pre-selected. If you want to buy for another number you can select from your contact list OR add the phone number manually
4. Click “Buy for this number”
5. Select the preferred airtime package
6. Click the green checkmark button, and swipe to pay
7. Shortly after payment, the recipient (the phone number you bought load for) will receive a confirmation SMS
1. Click on ‘My Money’
2. Click ‘Free SuperSaver account’ to set up a savings account
3. Set a savings goal and type in the amount you want to add to your SuperSaver from available balance
4. Swipe to confirm the transfer
Click on the “Top-up” button on the “My money” page, choose preferred top-up method. For instance, select “Find closest exchange point” to locate the closest SPENN Power users to you.
Click on the “Cash-out” button on the “My money” page, choose preferred cash-out method. For instance, select “Find closest exchange point” to locate the closest SPENN Power users to you.
1. Open the App, and register by tapping “I am new to SPENN”
2. Fill in the fields provided. For First name and Last name, please fill it according to how it appears in your valid ID
3. Proceed in registering your phone by going to the “Me” tab and select “Verify phone”. A verification code will be sent via SMS
4. When you have successfully verified your phone w/ the verification code sent via SMS, click on “Me” at the lower right of the app and then click on “Validate”
5. You will be asked to submit screenshot copies of documents to validate your identity. Proceed in creating your account
1. Click on the shopping tab (in the Transfer view). Top right corner
2. Click on “Bills Payment”
3. You will be given different bill providers to choose from
4. Select among the options and proceed with you bills payment
5. You will receive an SMS receipt notification
1. Click on the QR button to scan QR code or
2. Go to “transfer” tab
3. Click on the shopping cart in the top right corner
4. Scan the QR code in the store
